Flaherty Will

Flaherty Will is an accomplished professional in the field of player development and coaching, currently serving as the Director of Player Development & Community Relations at Penn State University since August 2016. Prior to this role, Flaherty worked as the Defensive Line Coach at Iowa Western Community College from June 2013 to August 2016, where responsibilities included instructing players, recruiting, game planning, and managing hudl video. Flaherty's coaching career began at St. John's College High School, with subsequent positions at Our Lady of Good Counsel High School and the University of Maryland Football. Educationally, Flaherty holds a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Maryland College Park, completed between 1999 and 2001.
