Jeff Heim

Jeff Heim is an Associate Teaching Professor and Academic Adviser at Penn State University, where Jeff has taught various undergraduate courses since July 2005, including those focused on hospitality management and finance. In addition to teaching, Jeff has coordinated numerous internship programs and provided academic and career advising to students. Since May 2022, Jeff has served as a Subject Matter Expert with the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute, authoring certification exam questions and textbooks related to hospitality. Jeff also lecture at Duy Tan University since July 2013 on hotel management and has contributed to faculty development programs. Previous experience includes accounting and management roles at Morrison House Hotel and various positions in financial and operational roles in the hospitality industry. Jeff holds a Master's Degree in Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Management and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Penn State University.
