Michael Foreman

Michael Foreman serves as the Director of Clinics and Experiential Learning and the Director of the Civil Rights Appellate Clinic at Penn State University Dickinson School of Law since July 2008. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Deputy Director of Legal Programs at the Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights Under Law from 2000 to 2008. Michael earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
