Michael Rosenberg

Michael Rosenberg is a seasoned educational consultant and policy analyst with extensive experience in higher education strategic planning and student affairs. Currently serving as a Senior Policy Analyst at Penn State University since October 2019, Rosenberg performs critical analysis and policy recommendations for various academic and administrative units. As the Principal at TNV Consulting, expertise encompasses recruitment, retention, transfer, and program evaluation for colleges and universities. Previous roles include Technical Consultant at the John N. Gardner Institute, Institutional Liaison at Oklahoma State University-Tulsa, and Director of Transfer at Gateway Community & Technical College. Rosenberg holds a Doctorate in Educational Policy Studies and Evaluation from the University of Kentucky, along with a Master's in Higher Education from the University of Arizona and an undergraduate degree in English and Women's Studies from Duke University.
