Peter Reiley

Peter Reiley, PhD, currently serves as Principal Consultant at Leadership Arts & Sciences since December 2021, advising various organizations on leadership strategy and organizational change. Concurrently, Peter is an Adjunct Professor in the Psychology of Leadership Master’s Degree Program at Penn State University, where over 60 graduate students are mentored annually. Previous positions include Director of Operations and Associate Professor at the U.S. Air Force Academy, where Peter led academic operations and developed leaders, alongside roles in leadership and personnel management in various educational and military settings. Peter has contributed extensively to leadership literature with over 20 published works and has a robust educational background, holding a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Penn State University.
