Rick Ayers

Rick Ayers is an Associate Vice President for Marketing at Penn State University, where they contribute to strategic communications since 2023. With over two decades of experience in the non-profit health care sector, they previously held roles such as CMO/Assistant Dean for Strategic Communications at Penn State’s Smeal College of Business and Vice President of Public Relations and Marketing at WellSpan Health. Rick's earlier career includes managerial positions at St. Joseph Hospital and Clearfield Hospital. They earned a Master of Health Administration from Penn State University in 2004.
