Rick Pierce

Rick Pierce is a co-founder and senior consultant at Rising Sun Consultants, which specializes in the development of individuals across various organizational levels, with a focus on Servant Leadership. Additionally, Pierce serves as an associate professor of Human Development & Family Studies at Penn State University, where the emphasis is on the management of Human Service Agencies. Previous experience includes roles as a senior leadership consultant at Hsinchu International School, director of program development at the World Children's Center, and dean of neighborhood and family life at Milton Hershey School. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Texas Tech University, an M.S. in Counseling from Penn State University, and a B.S. in Psychology from Monmouth University.
