Sheldon D. Fields PhD, RN, CRNP, FNP-BC, AACRN, FNAP, FAANP, FAAN currently serves as the Associate Dean for Equity and Inclusion and Research Professor at Penn State University, focusing on diversity and inclusion within the nursing community. As President and CEO of the National Black Nurses Association, Sheldon leads fiscal management and advocacy for the association's mission. Additionally, Sheldon is the Founder and CEO of The S.D.F Group, LLC, and has held prominent academic positions, including Dean at New York Institute of Technology and Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science.
