Suzanne Shaffer is an experienced instructional designer and educator, currently serving in dual roles as an Instructional Designer and Adjunct ESL/College Reading Instructor at Penn State University-York since April 2006. Previous experience includes positions as an Adjunct ESL/College Reading Instructor at HACC and Montgomery College, along with instructional design work at Montgomery College.
