Greg Slawson

Greg Slawson is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in senior roles within various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant and Head of Direct Recruitment at Penna since September 2021, Greg oversees direct sourcing for RPO contracts with multiple Central Government entities. Previous roles include Regional Workforce Staffing Manager at Amazon, Interim Business Consultant at Atkins, and Client Services Director at Guidant Global. With a strong background in client services and recruitment delivery, Greg has managed substantial portfolios and led recruitment functions across sectors including Defence, Security, and Technology. Greg holds a BA in Social Policy from the University of Kent and a Certificate of Recruitment Practice from UCL.
