Victoria Smith

Victoria Smith is an experienced recruitment and HR professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently, Victoria operates as an Associate Recruitment Specialist in a self-employed capacity since November 2019. Prior to this, Victoria has held multiple senior roles at Penna from July 2008, including Lead Client Partner, Senior Client Partner, and Client Manager. Victoria took a sabbatical for voluntary work between October 2018 and November 2019. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior HR Officer for Greater Manchester Police, Strategic HR and Planning Officer for South Wales Police, and various recruitment roles at Heddlu Gwent Police. Victoria began a career in research as a Research Psychologist at University Hospital of Wales. Academically, Victoria holds an MSc in Health Psychology from the University of Surrey and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Birmingham.
