David Mitchell

David Mitchell, M.Eng., P.Eng., MBA, ICD.D, LLM, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. David worked at Pennecon Limited from 2013, starting as Chief Operating Officer and later becoming the Group Chief Executive Officer. In this role, they managed the operations of multiple divisions within the company. Prior to that, Mitchell worked at Xylem Water Solutions Canada as a Regional Sales Manager from 2006 to 2012. Before that, they were the General Manager at Northland Contracting Inc. from 1998 to 2006.

David Mitchell, M.Eng., P.Eng., MBA, ICD.D, LLM has a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Memorial University of Newfoundland. David also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Dispute Resolution from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School. In addition to their academic achievements, David Mitchell is certified as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) by the Professional Engineers of Newfoundland and Labrador. David has also completed the Directors Education Program at the Institute of Corporate Directors in collaboration with Rotman School of Management and the University of Toronto.
