Jonathan Barry

Jonathan Barry is an experienced professional in the engineering and construction sectors, currently serving as a Senior Estimator at Pennecon since August 2021. Prior to this role, Jonathan held various positions at The Cahill Group, including Mechanical Lead, Mechanical Estimator, and Project Manager from November 2013 to August 2021. Jonathan's experience also includes serving as Lead Piping Field Engineer at KBAC Constructors Ltd. and Mechanical Estimator at The Cahill Group from July 2008 to August 2013. Earlier in their career, Jonathan worked as a Marine Engineering Systems Designer at Genoa Design International Ltd. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology/Technician from Memorial University, obtained from September 2008 to April 2018, and a degree in Marine Engineering Systems Design from the Fisheries and Marine Institute of Memorial University of Newfoundland, completed from September 2005 to June 2008.
