Sandi Rapp

Sandi Rapp is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the education and business sectors. Currently serving as President at PennFleet Corporation since August 2021, Rapp also co-founded Time To Flourish in 2018, where responsibilities included acting as Interim President for transitional organizations, driving financial and operational turnarounds. Previously, Rapp co-founded We Found Us, LLC, providing strategic advice for revenue growth, and held the position of CEO and President at SC Academy Holdings, Inc., managing a $40 million annual revenue firm. Rapp's leadership experience also includes serving as COO at American Career Institute, where a turnaround was facilitated, and as Eastern Division President for Anthem Education Group, overseeing multiple campuses and directors. Rapp holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences from The Ohio State University.
