JoEllen Lowry

JoEllen Lowry began their career in 2004 as a Graduate Assistant at Cultural Outreach at East Carolina University. In 2006, they moved to North Carolina State University, where they worked as an Editorial Assistant I. In 2009, they joined Oser Communications Group as a Senior Associate Editor. In 2010, they became the CEO of Pennington Creative, originally founded in 2008 as a marketplace for student workers and re-focused as a content marketing agency in 2011. At Pennington Creative, they also served as a Project Manager.

JoEllen Lowry received their B.A. in English/Creative Writing from East Carolina University in 2005. JoEllen then went on to pursue their M.A. in English Literature from North Carolina State University, which they completed in 2009.
