Joyce Davis currently serves as the Outreach & Opinion Editor for PennLive.com, overseeing the Editorial Board and contributing a weekly "Social View" column. As the President and CEO of the World Affairs Council of Harrisburg, Joyce manages initiatives aimed at enhancing understanding of global affairs among educational institutions.
