Simran S has a diverse work experience in customer success and quality assurance roles. Simran most recently worked at Penny AI as a Customer Success team member starting in November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Optima Communications International from January 2020 to November 2021, where they held multiple roles including QA and Customer Success. In these roles, they coordinated with the development team for quality assurance, provided technical support and responded to support tickets, educated customers on solution functions, and gathered feedback and analyzed customer data. Simran also worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Avista from July 2017 to December 2019, and as a Senior Customer Service Specialist at WNS from July 2016 to July 2017.
