Erik Ringerud is a seasoned UI/UX designer with a strong background in user experience and interface design across various industries. As a Sr. UI/UX Designer at PennyMac Loan Services, LLC since June 2020, Erik facilitates user testing, conducts A/B testing for optimizing campaigns, develops KPI reports, and creates wireframes for new user portals. Prior experience includes designing enterprise software for the real estate sector at Altisource, providing UX/UI design services for a publication project as a self-employed designer, and leading the design of the first digital postal mail system at Zumbox. Erik holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Design/Graphic Design from Pratt Institute.
