Jim Bartosh

Jim Bartosh is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in application development and management within the financial services and music industries. Currently serving as the Director of Retail Technology at PennyMac since October 2012, Jim oversees a diverse team of 70 professionals managing the mortgage loan fulfillment system. Prior to PennyMac, Jim held various senior roles at Bank of America from December 2003 to October 2012, including Senior Vice President and Application System Owner, managing the "EDGE application" and overseeing a large team of analysts, developers, and project managers. Earlier in their career, Jim worked at Warner Music Group as Director of Corporate IT from 1995 to 2000.
