Raina Knapp

Raina Knapp is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and program oversight within the financial and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as SVP and Production Program Manager at PENNYMAC, Raina is accountable for program management and governance. As Board Chair for the Girl Scouts of California's Central Coast since 2019, Raina oversees board governance and strategic planning. Previously at Bank of America for over 17 years, Raina held several senior executive roles, including SVP of Legal Order & Case Resolution Executive, where oversight of litigation and operational risk was provided, and SVP of Business Initiatives/Program Manager Executive, directing significant technology portfolios. Raina's earlier roles include a site manager position at Wells Fargo and underwriting manager at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. Raina holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from Western Governors University.
