With over three decades of experience, Bridges has also contributed to the expansion of the company’s servicing portfolio, assisting millions of customers. A thought leader in the industry, their insights have been featured in major publications, and they were appointed to the Forbes Advisory Board in 2024 to provide mortgage insights. Bridges is passionate about mentoring future leaders and enhancing Pennymac’s VA loan program to support the veteran community. Prior to Pennymac, they held leadership roles at Transamerica, Bank of America, and Countrywide, where they served as Managing Director of Production for 11 years. Bridges earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
