Scott Stephens is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and application development across various companies. Currently serving as VP in both the IT PMO and Applications Delivery departments at PENNYMAC since November 2020, Scott has previously held senior management roles at Guitar Center, where oversight included a project management team and significant projects like the migration of the call center to AWS Connect and implementation of CCPA compliance. Prior to that, at Interthinx, Scott managed application development teams and led the integration of Agile processes within the organization. Scott began the career at Exigen as a Senior Solution Consultant, providing expert solutions for multiple high-profile clients. Scott holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from California State University, Northridge, and has additional education from San Diego State University.
