Sharee Spigner

Sharee Spigner is an experienced supervisor at PENNYMAC since November 2016, where primary responsibilities include leading projects to enhance team productivity and quality metrics, ensuring policy alignment with regulatory standards, conducting thorough audits for compliance, and mentoring staff to promote a culture of continuous improvement. Prior to PENNYMAC, Sharee held various roles at Cintas and Capital One, including quality assurance and customer service positions. Sharee earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Strayer University between 2016 and 2020, and completed high school at Irving High School from 2002 to 2006.
