Anders Cruse

Anders Cruse is an experienced team leader currently serving as the Department Head of the Advisory Center at PenSam. With a strong background in business development and change management, Anders has led a team of advisors, achieving results such as the implementation of new financial and project management systems that fostered organic growth and increased efficiency. Previously, Anders held positions as a Senior Sales & Project Manager and a Shift Manager, contributing to significant improvements in operational workflows and customer satisfaction. Anders is pursuing a second degree in Economic Management and Performance Management at Copenhagen Business School.
