Emily Tribe

Emily Tribe has a diverse work experience starting in 2011 as a Student Mentor at the University of Sussex. Emily then worked at the Maria Montessori Institute as a Montessori Assistant and later as a Teacher. In 2013, they joined St Quintin's Centre for Children and Young People with Disabilities as a Sessional Day Care Worker. In 2016, they joined PensionBee, where they held various roles including Customer Success Team Member, Junior Operations Manager, Customer Success Team Manager, Head of Talent, and currently holds the position of Head of Culture, Inclusion & Wellbeing as of November 2021.

Emily Tribe completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology (BSc) from the University of Sussex from 2009 to 2012. Following this, they pursued a Level 2 Counselling Skills program at Cara Counselling in 2021 and 2022. Additionally, they obtained an International AMI Diploma for Children Aged 3-6 from the Maria Montessori Institute in 2012-2013 and a Post Diploma Certificate in Observation from the same institute in 2013-2014. Prior to their university education, Emily studied Psychology, History, and Spanish at Hills Road Sixth Form College from 2006 to 2008.
