Michael Tavener

Michael Tavener is an accomplished company secretary with extensive experience in corporate governance. Since March 2022, Michael has served as Company Secretary and Deputy Company Secretary at PensionBee. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at Central England Co-operative from March 2015 to March 2022, including Assistant Society Secretary. Michael's earlier experience includes roles as Company Secretarial Assistant at Severn Trent Plc, Corporate Mosaic, and Close Investments, along with a student internship at Buro Four. Michael holds a GradICSA from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and a BA (Hons) in Business from Nottingham Trent University, completed between 2001 and 2005.
