Andreas Aagaard

Andreas Aagaard has a broad range of work experience, starting in 2009 when they worked as a Business Development Assistant at NNIT. Andreas later became a Business Analyst at the same company in June 2011 and held that role until October 2012. In January 2013, Andreas joined Vækstfonden as an Investment Manager, where they managed over EUR 1.5 billion in private equity fund-of-funds, primarily on behalf of Danish pension funds. Andreas stayed with Vækstfonden until December 2017. In January 2018, Andreas moved on to PensionDanmark, where they initially worked as an Investment Manager in Alternative Investments until May 2019. Andreas then became a Senior Investment Manager, focusing on alternative investments until July 2022. Since July 2022, they have held the role of Investment Director at PensionDanmark.

Andreas Aagaard has a strong education background in the field of finance and business administration. Andreas attended Copenhagen Business School from 2007 to 2010 and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration. Andreas further pursued their education at the same institution from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a degree in Cand.merc.fir with a specialization in Accounting and Finance.
