Troels Mads

Troels Mads has a wide range of work experience in various industries. Troels started their career as an Internal Accountant/Controlling at Lehmann Junior A/S from 2003 to 2009, where they performed controller functions and was responsible for the agency's offices in multiple countries. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as an Accountant Assistant at Folkekirkens Nødhjælp (DanChurchAid).

In 2010, Troels became a Consultant at Breinholt Consulting A/S, where they advised property companies on financing and restructuring, and provided secretarial services to boards. Troels worked there until 2012.

Following that, Troels joined Larm Film as a Consultant from 2012 to 2013, before starting their role as a BI Expert Consultant at itelligence Nordic. During their time at itelligence Nordic from 2013 to 2017, they developed solutions to meet clients' reporting and analysis demands, with a focus on Enterprise Reporting and Corporate Performance Management.

From 2017 to 2023, Troels worked at Telenor as the Head of Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse, where they oversaw the company's data analytics and reporting activities.

In 2023, Troels joined PensionDanmark as the Head of Data Hub, where they are currently responsible for managing and organizing the company's data resources.
