Crystal Heath has extensive experience in customer service and benefits administration, having worked as a Senior Account Manager at The Board of Pensions of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) since 2019, where they provide comprehensive services to over 2,000 employers. Previously, they held various roles at the same organization, including Senior Member Services Specialist and Managed Care Specialist, from 2001 to 2004. Crystal's professional journey began as a Claims Processor at Prudential Financial and continued as a Claims Specialist at Penn Mutual Life Insurance. They have also pursued higher education, earning multiple business degrees from Drexel University and a Master of Arts in Missional Ministry from Missio Seminary.
