Sharon Castillo

Sharon Castillo is the Director of Plan Administration, Interpretation, and Regulatory Matters at the Board of Pensions of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), overseeing healthcare and benefit programs for 16,000 members and 10,000 retirees since 2022. Previously, Sharon held various roles within the Board of Pensions, including Assistant Director of Benefits Plan Administration and Manager of Member Services, contributing to the administration of benefit plans for over a decade. Sharon began their career as a Health Plan Advocate at General Electric and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Health Care Administration from Gwynedd Mercy University. As a co-chair of the Diversity, Equity, and Leadership Council, Sharon actively promotes inclusivity within the organization.
