Yifeng Hou

Yifeng Hou is a Senior AI Solutions Engineer at Matter, specializing in fine-tuning Large Language Models for ESG metrics extraction and model accuracy improvement. Previous experience includes roles as an ESG Analyst at Capital Four, focusing on SFDR disclosures and integrating ESG into investment processes, and as a Staff Software Engineer and Consultant at A Better Consultancy, where Yifeng developed sustainability solutions for global hotel chains. As the founder of Vreamer, Yifeng provided Agile software consultancy and developed knowledge transfer tools.
