Rory O'Donnell

Rory O'Donnell is a Partner at Penta Group, leading the International Practice focused on Agriculture, Food, and Trade. They advise companies and trade associations on the various challenges within the heavily regulated agri-food sectors, drawing on expertise in both EU and UK political and regulatory environments. O'Donnell also serves as Managing Director for International Agriculture, Food, and Trade at Hume Brophy since 2022. Previously, they held roles as Deputy Director in various government departments from 1990 to 2006 and as Director of International Trade at FCDO Services from 2019 to 2022. O'Donnell studied at Oxford Brookes University from 1986 to 1988.
