Tom Wood

Tom Wood is a seasoned professional with a strong background in advisory and business development, currently serving as Senior Director of Advisory at Penta Group since September 2024. Prior to this role, Tom was the Director of Business Development and Engagement at the Greater Washington Partnership, where efforts were concentrated on funding and scaling economic competitiveness initiatives across the Baltimore to Richmond super-region from April 2019 to September 2024. Earlier, Tom led consulting teams at Orr Group, focusing on strategy, growth, and operations for non-profits and associations from October 2016 to April 2019. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Chicago.
