Jon Derickson

Jon Derickson has a diverse work experience in the semiconductor industry. Jon started their career in 1997 at Motorola as an Ion Implant Technician Aid before becoming a Process Control Technician. At BOC Edwards Kachina, they worked as an Ion Implant Technician II, where they played a crucial role in the start-up of the Austin facility and trained new employees. In 2007, they joined Applied Materials as an Ion Implant Lead Technician, managing workload and communicating with customers. Jon has been working at Pentagon Technologies since 2010, where they have held multiple roles, including Ion Implant Manager and Safety Coordinator, Program Manager, and currently, Account Manager. Jon has demonstrated strong leadership skills by training and certifying new hires, prioritizing workload, and cultivating a positive team culture.
