Jon Derickson has a diverse work experience in the semiconductor industry. Jon started their career in 1997 at Motorola as an Ion Implant Technician Aid before becoming a Process Control Technician. At BOC Edwards Kachina, they worked as an Ion Implant Technician II, where they played a crucial role in the start-up of the Austin facility and trained new employees.
