Carl Olson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement across various industries. Currently serving as Lean Manufacturing Manager at Pentair since August 2022, Carl oversees the implementation of Lean business system projects and develops systematic measurements to enhance operational efficiency. Prior roles include Continuous Improvement Manager for Southco, Inc., where Carl managed lean initiatives across seven facilities in the Americas, and Quality Manager at PartyLite, where a metrics-based quality system was developed to significantly reduce warranty costs. A strong educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Management and an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix, along with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Purdue University.
