Jim Jackson has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Jim has extensive experience in manufacturing, having worked at Caterpillar Inc., Suncast Corporation, and currently Pentair. At Caterpillar, Jim held various roles such as Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor, Manufacturing Engineer, and Operations Group Manager. Jim managed a team of over 80 individuals and was involved in new product introduction, project management, and daily shop operations. Jim's expertise also extends to lean management as Jim currently holds the title of Materials Manager and Lean Manager at Pentair.
