At CertainTeed, John held several roles from 1993 to 2006, culminating as Senior Research Scientist/Manager, where responsibilities included directing technical research projects and managing laboratory personnel. Following that, John worked as Product Manager for Fire and Sound Products at US GreenFiber, focusing on market development and research on cellulose acoustic properties. John's expertise in regulatory aspects was further honed at Scott Safety, where John provided certification support for a range of safety products, and later as Certification Manager at CIRCOR International, John established a new certification department.
