Julia Chen

Julia Chen is an experienced professional with a strong background in product management and engineering, currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Pentair since April 2007. In this role, Julia oversees the China Product Category Growth Strategy and manages the product development and lifecycle for various water filtration systems. Previous positions at Pentair include Marketing Director, where Julia targeted the industrial market for separation technology applications, and Director-Business Development for fast growth regions, responsible for strategic coordination across business units. Julia also held the position of Director at the China Engineering Design Center, expanding the technology team and supporting global product development. Prior experience includes a role at General Electric as Director of the Engineer Design Center, leading new product development and value engineering for lighting systems across diverse markets.
