Rick Lees

Rick Lees has extensive experience in technical support, currently serving as a Semi Retired professional at nVent since September 2018. In addition, Rick has been a Senior Technical Support Specialist at Pentair Technical Products since May 2009 and has held similar roles at ERICO, a Pentair Company, and ERICO International Corporation since June 1979. Rick also worked as a 3rd Party Certifications Liaison at ERICO from January 1999 to May 2009, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to the technical support field over several decades.
