Sonali Gupta

Sonali Gupta has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resource Generalist III (Deputy Manager) at Pentair since December 2016, following progressive roles including Human Resource Generalist II and Human Resource Generalist. Prior to Pentair, Sonali worked at Ipacesetters Solutions Pvt Ltd from October 2010 to December 2016 as a Senior Human Resource Executive, managing the entire HR functions and the employee life cycle from recruitment to exit. Sonali holds a PGDBM in Human Resources from the Institute of Management Technology, Dubai, earned between 2005 and 2007.
