Steven Pelland

Steven Pelland has a diverse background in logistics and supply chain management, demonstrated through various roles spanning from warehouse operations to management positions. Starting as a Warehouse Floor Operative at COE Distributing, Steven managed LTL freight orders and handled a high volume of inventory in a large workspace. At Pentair, Steven progressed through multiple positions, including Production Supervisor, Lean Engineer, and Shipping Manager, ultimately becoming a Value Stream Manager. Experience at AUTOBELL Car Wash involved improving training procedures and delivering exceptional customer service while managing customer transactions. A brief internship at ALTEC INDUSTRIES INC further enriched Steven's practical skills. Steven holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from North Carolina State University.
