Dr. Markus Kurch is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Pentaleap since September 2024, Kurch previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Crealytics from November 2013 to October 2025, focusing on marketing effectiveness in digital channels. Kurch’s career includes a significant tenure at Boston Consulting Group from January 2009 to October 2013 as a Project Leader, specializing in healthcare strategy and transformation projects for various pharmaceutical and medtech companies. Early experience includes a role as Project Manager at In Praxi - WHU Alumni Association from October 2004 to September 2006. Dr. Kurch holds a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and an Advanced Management Program degree from Harvard Business School, further complemented by a Master’s in Economics and Business Administration from WHU.
