James M. has worked in the engineering industry since 2008. James began their career at Raytheon, where they held various roles including Engineering Lead for the Collins Class Submarines SEA1439 5B2, Senior Systems Engineer for the Collins Class Submarines SEA1439 5B2, Engineering Lead for the Navigation Subsystem AWD, Lead Systems Engineer for the JP2008 Phase 5B1 project, and Systems Engineer for the Air Warfare Destroyer Program. James has experience in the development of system architecture, design and systems engineering artefacts, chairing of platform integration working groups, identification and characterisation of functional system defects, planning, conducting and documenting integration and verification activities, and oversight and development of integration and verification of FDMA and MF-TDMA networks. In 2019, they joined Penten as a Senior System Engineer.
