Danielle Oakham

Danielle Oakham is a Renewals Manager for Pentera, drawing on over a decade of experience in account management and service delivery within IT security. Since April 2023, Danielle has focused on enhancing service quality and client satisfaction by managing service delivery for managed service clients at NTT DATA UK&I. Previously, Danielle held various roles at NTT Com Security and Pentura, including Operations and Senior Renewals Account Manager, where they excelled in managing maintenance renewal contracts and supporting significant client engagements. Danielle holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Bournemouth University, completed in 2009.
