Nathan Howes

Nathan Howes is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and contract management. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel for the Americas at Pentera since November 2022, Nathan is the first attorney representing Pentera in the United States. Prior roles include Corporate Counsel at Parallel Wireless and Counsel at Aspen Technology, along with significant experience as a Contracts Administrator at Carbonite, where Nathan developed and implemented a comprehensive contract management system and managed numerous contracts and compliance programs. Earlier experience includes a legal internship at Dow Law Group, supporting various legal processes, and a long tenure at Christian Science Publishing Society in various managerial roles focused on operations and customer service. Nathan holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Suffolk University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Principia College.
