Ryan Dorey

Ryan Dorey is an experienced professional in the field of offensive security and risk management, currently serving as Director of Technical Advisors for the Americas at Pentera since February 2025. Prior to this role, Ryan held various leadership positions at Optiv from October 2012 to August 2024, including Vice President, where oversight of a $30MM Threat Management practice was a key responsibility. Additional roles at Optiv included Senior Director and Director of the Attack and Penetration practice, focusing on delivering professional services and thought leadership in offensive security. Ryan's career also includes managerial positions at RISA LLC and senior consulting roles at Sunera LLC, as well as earlier experience as a System Network Administrator at DataCorps Technology Solutions. Ryan holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida.
