Roberto Marchese has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Roberto began their career in 2003 as the Central Market Research Manager at Playtex Europe - Division of Sara Lee Branded Apparel Europe. Roberto then moved on to DIM, where they worked as the Consumer Insights Manager from 2006 to 2009. In 2010, they joined DBApparel as the Marketing Intelligence Director and stayed with the company until 2012. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at Hanesbrands Inc. as the Marketing Director for various brands such as Lovable, Playtex, Wonderbra, and Fila. In 2018, they became a Board Member at Orapesce and also served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Penti until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Strategy Officer at Penti A.ş. and is also the Co-Founder and General Manager of Harmony Ostuni House, starting in 2022.
Roberto Marchese pursued their undergraduate studies in Scienze della comunicazione e dell'informazione at Università degli Studi di Salerno from 1997 to 2002. In 2000, they participated in the Corso Erasmus program at the University of Helsinki.
