Sena Hancıoğlu

Sena Hancıoğlu has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Sena started working at Penti in 2018 and held various positions including Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Human Resources Business Partner, and Talent Acquisition & Retention Specialist. Prior to Penti, Sena worked briefly at Manpower Türkiye as a Human Resources Assistant. Sena also gained experience at Myseafoam İnsan Kaynakları ve Eğitim Danışmanlık Hizmetleri as a Human Resources Assistant and at TürkMedya as a Press Intern. Sena's career started with an internship at Pozitifik as a Human Resources Intern.

Sena Hancıoğlu completed a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations from Halic Universitesi in 2018. Later, they pursued a degree in Management and Labor Psychology at Marmara University from 2018 to 2020.
