PENTOR Charity Services (PCS) is a third-party administrator of the Planned Giving Program for Loeys-Dietz Syndrome Foundation Canada (LDSFC), a Canadian charitable organization dedicated to the promotion of research, awareness, education, and support for those affected by Loeys-Dietz syndrome (LDS) and related heritable aortic disorders.
 
PCS manages the complete end-to-end lifecycle of life insurance policy donations—from origination and evaluation through to servicing and claims—enabling the Foundation to focus on its core charitable mission of funding medical research and patient support.
 
With one client and one purpose, PCS operates a comprehensive ecosystem that includes donor and advisor outreach, medical underwriting, actuarial analysis, financial decision-making, policy conversion and onboarding, ongoing servicing, and claims management. Working with a network of medical underwriters, APS suppliers, actuarial firms, and insurance industry professionals, PCS ensures every donation meets rigorous compliance standards and industry best practices.
 
Since inception, PCS has facilitated over $100 million in life insurance death benefit donations, building toward a $500 million endowment to fund perpetual medical research across cardiovascular disease, cancer, gastrointestinal conditions, and other related health areas.
