Aimee Thompson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technology, consulting, and sustainable agriculture. Currently serving as a Senior Engagement Manager at Pentos, Aimee leads client engagement initiatives and focuses on innovative solutions. As the Founder and CTO of Loop Farms, Aimee pioneered a circular food production system integrating advanced growing technology and off-grid sustainability. Previous roles include Project Lead at Wakanda Food Accelerator, where Aimee designed an ag-tech center in South Africa, and Service Manager at Rizing HCM, overseeing a team to deliver industry-leading talent management solutions in Southeast Asia.
